the staff were friendly and told me places to eat.
The bathroom door was hanging off its hinges and would not close properly. this should have been addressed before i was given the room. dinner was a mixed affair. The pasta was acceptable, but the main course and dessert were poor.

My room had a really spacious layout. a very neat, clean washroom. I was very happy the hotel accommodated my early check-in request. The view of the St Peter's Basilica dome from the balcony was lovely, especially with the charming Vatican landscape. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicacies that helped me start each day with a smile.
My room didn't quite match the photos online. It felt slightly outdated.

The hotel offers a secure parking area and it is a notable convenience. I also saw scooters available just outside the gate entrance, that seemed convenient. A short walk will get you to the train station and bus stop, offering a great way to commute to other cities.

My room included a comfortable bed that helped me rest well after a long day. I also had a little balcony, it was such a treat. The shower was super clean. It was the best shower I have ever had, very refreshing after a day of exploration.

The hotel's location is a bit at the top of a hill, but the walk was fine for me, it added a bit of exercise! A short walk will get you to the Vatican. Lots of landmarks are nearby too, so exploring was easy and interesting.

All super nice team, courteous and very cheerful. Chiara, Matheo, and Andreo made checking in and out easy. They offered me a good room with a good view. The staff answered all of my questions and gave recommendations, very helpful.
